Project Description

Full-stack CRM platform for lead management, sales pipelines, and team operations. Built with a Next.js frontend and Node.js microservices backed by MongoDB and Redis. Includes dense admin dashboards, role-based access, realtime notifications, email/calendar workflows, and configurable table views for high-volume lead processing.

Problem

Sales teams needed one CRM to process high-volume leads across multiple pipeline views, with realtime updates, email workflows, and configurable tables — not a spreadsheet with a login screen.

What I owned

Lead frontend engineer — owned the Next.js admin UI, realtime lead boards, auth flows, and API integrations.

Next.js App Router frontend with Zustand for UI state and TanStack Query for server cache
11 Node.js microservices (auth, leads, search, email, PDF, etc.) on MongoDB + Redis
